"In the era of digital economy, computing power is the core productivity, algorithm is an important production tool, and data is a key production means. Thinking about the future, Xue Junyong, deputy to the autonomous region's People's Congress and director of the Zhongwei Cloud Computing and Big Data Development Bureau, said that Ningxia may have rich and diverse digital technology application scenarios in five aspects:

In terms of digital government affairs, a unified government affairs cloud and an e-government extranet covering the whole region have been built, more than 1,200 government affairs information systems have been deployed on the cloud, and more than 10,000 administrative institutions have access to the government affairs extranet. The "One network" of Ningxia's government affairs services connects to the national integrated government affairs service platform at the top and 3,178 government affairs service institutions at all levels at the bottom, with an online availability rate of 95.3% and 2,605 online service items. The "My Ningxia" government App2.0 version has been launched, and nearly 1,000 "one-stop" public service units have been settled, the number of "palm office" accounts for more than 40% of the government service offices in the region, and "Number wisdom" enables the efficient operation of government services. In terms of digital society, focus on the "six new, six special and six excellent" industries, rely on the existing government platforms of agriculture, industry, commerce, culture and tourism, finance and other aspects of the autonomous region, strengthen digital empowerment, and improve the market competitiveness of related industries and enterprises. A large number of benchmark application scenarios such as smart factories, smart pastures, smart greenhouses, smart mines, live streaming with goods, cloud-based schools, telemedicine, and "Internet +" agricultural products from villages to cities have been continuously created, and a number of "digital intelligence" has been enabled to boost the construction of digital Ningxia, striving to provide more strength for the high-quality economic and social development of the region.
