Densified Silica Fume (Micro Silica) 90 Grey

Core advantages
1.Higher SiO₂ content (≥90% vs. ≥85%), delivering stronger pozzolanic activity and greater strength enhancement.
2.Finer particle size and larger specific surface area, improving filling effect and compactness.
3.Lower loss on ignition and moisture content, ensuring better construction stability and consistency.
4.Superior durability performance, including higher impermeability and better resistance to chemical attacks.
5.Compared with similar products on the market, Yellow River SF90 silica fume contains no desulfurization impurities, with lower water demand and better flowability.

Standard Compliance Notes • Chinese Standard (GB/T 27690-2023): All test results meet the mandatory requirements of the latest national standard for silica fume for cement and concrete. • American Standard (ASTM C 1240): The product meets or exceeds the key performance requirements of ASTM C 1240, with minor differences in allowable limits for moisture content, LOI, and total alkali content that are fully satisfied by the test results. • European Standard (EN 13263): The product aligns with EN 13263 specifications for silica fume in concrete, matching the strict limits for fineness, specific surface area, and chloride ion content.

Typical Applications • High-strength, high-performance concrete (HPC/HSC) for bridges, dams, high-rise buildings • Shotcrete and tunnel lining concrete •Oil well cement and geothermal well cement • Refractory castables and monolithic refractories • Self-compacting concrete (SCC) • Marine concrete and corrosion-resistant structures • Dry-mix mortar and grout

 Recommended Usage & Dosage • Concrete: 5% - 10% by mass of cementitious material (cement + fly ash/slag) • Refractory Materials: 8% - 15% by mass of binder • Mortar/Grout: 5% - 12% by mass of cement
