Balance
The innovative design enables a wide-range impedance matching coefficient to meetbalancing requirements. Under non-unique fixed impedance relationships, it ensuresthree-phase side symmetry when two-phase side loads are equal; three-phase sidebalance when two-phase side loads are not equal, eliminating negative-sequencecurrent impact on the power system.
High overload capacity
The transformer adopts high-quality oxygen-free copper and a low current densitydesign. By using the simulation software to analyze the hot-spot positions of thewindings and optimize the heat dissipation accordingly, it can effectively reduce thehottest-spot temperature of the windings and enhance the overload capacity of theproduct.
High short-circuit withstand capability
Through optimized design calculations, we precisely adjust winding ampere-turnbalance to minimize leakageflux. By calculating and analyzing short-circuitelectrodynamic forces,adding additional support points, and using specializedequipment to compress the spacers, we enhance the mechanical strength of thewindings as much as possible. This ensures that the windings of the transformer willnot deform or shift during frequent short-circuits.
Simple structure
The HV side is star-connected with a neutral point available for connection, whilethe secondary side features a delta loop, offering a simple and easy-to-manufacturestructure with high insulation stability.
