Product Description

Photovoltaic modules, also called solar panels or photovoltaic panels, are the core components for photovoltaic power conversion in photovoltaic power generation systems. Its function is to convert the radiant energy of sunlight into DC power, which is sent to the battery for storage. It can also be directly used to drive DC load work, or converted into AC power through a photovoltaic inverter to provide power to users or to generate electricity on the grid.

Component materials

1. Glass: ultra-white textured tempered glass, 3.2mm thick, with a light transmittance of more than 91% within the wavelength range of the solar cell spectral response (320-1100nm), resistant to ultraviolet radiation, and the light transmittance does not decrease. The components made of tempered glass can withstand the impact of an ice ball with a diameter of 25 mm at a speed of 23 meters/second.

2. EVA: A high-quality EVA film layer with a thickness of 0.5mm is used as a sealant for solar cells and a connecting agent with glass and TPT. It has high light transmittance and anti-aging ability.

Performance requirements after curing of EVA film for solar cell packaging:

Light transmittance is greater than 90%; cross-linking degree is greater than 65-85%; peel strength (N/cm), glass/adhesive film is greater than 30; TPT/adhesive film is greater than 15; temperature resistance: high temperature 85℃, low temperature -40℃ . ,

3. TPT: The back side of solar cells has basic requirements such as aging resistance, corrosion resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance, and airtightness.

4. Frame: The aluminum alloy frame used has high strength and strong resistance to mechanical impact.

Application areas

1. User solar power supply: (1) Small power supply ranging from 10-100W, used for military and civilian life in remote areas without electricity, such as plateaus, islands, pastoral areas, border posts, etc., such as lighting, televisions, radio cassette players, etc.; (2) 3 -5KW household rooftop grid-connected power generation system; (3) Photovoltaic water pump: solve the problem of deep water well drinking and irrigation in areas without electricity.

4. Petroleum, ocean, and meteorological fields: cathodic protection solar power systems for oil pipelines and reservoir gates, life and emergency power supplies for oil drilling platforms, ocean detection equipment, meteorological/hydrological observation equipment, etc.

5. Power supply for household lighting: such as garden lights, street lights, portable lights, camping lights, climbing lights, fishing lights, black light lights, rubber tapping lights, energy-saving lamps, etc.

6. Photovoltaic power stations: 10KW-50MW independent photovoltaic power stations, wind and solar (diesel) complementary power stations, various large parking plant charging stations, etc.
