Variable frequency integrated motor

Advantages:

1, frequency conversion motor to strengthen the insulation of the slot, one is to strengthen the insulation material, one is to increase the thickness of the slot insulation, in order to improve the high frequency voltage withstand the level.

2. Increased electromagnetic load. The working point of common motor is basically at the inflection point of magnetic saturation. If used as frequency conversion, it is easy to saturate and generate high excitation current. However, the frequency conversion motor increases the electromagnetic load in the design, making the magnetic circuit not easy to saturate.

3. Variable-frequency motors are generally divided into special motors with constant torque, which are used for special motors with feedback vector control and speed measuring device, and intermediate frequency motors.
