"Kanaan" is the holy land of The Israelites, known as the "land of milk and milk" in the Old Testament, and also known as the "land of hope." The wine making process is divided into five joints: harvesting, threshing, pressing, fermentation and aging, among which fermentation and aging are the key links of high-quality wine making.
Kanaan adopts advanced cold maceration brewing technology, strictly controls the maceration temperature of grape mash, endows the wine with ruby color and fragrant fruit aroma.
In the aging process of wine in oak barrel, tannin, vanillin, oaklactone, butanol and other compounds in oak will dissolve in the wine, making the wine full and balanced, rich and delicate, fragrant and harmonious, and soft and smooth taste.
