Our company successfully developed the high-boiling matter cracking process in 2015. The first 5,000-ton/year unit was commissioned in 2019, producing qualified trichlorosilane and silicon tetrachloride products. Founded by Dr. Shen Jun in 2010, the company has a registered capital of 51.88 million RMB.
